BUDDHA TOOTH RELIC TEMPLE

Adding to our environmental management service at the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum (BTRTM), we are now serving them as managing agent to carry out daily inspection and maintenance works at the premises commencing from 3 September 2012. 

The Building Manager is supported by a team of Technicians and Fire Safety Manager. The BTRTM is a cultural monument located in the heart of the Chinatown heritage area, featuring exhibitions relating to religious arts and the culture of Singapore. 

The temple also houses the Sacred Buddha Tooth Relic in a stupa composed of 320kg of gold donated by devotees. The Grand Official Opening Ceremony of the BTRTM was held on Vesak Day eve evening, 30 May 2007, with President S R Nathan as the Guest of Honor. 

The Grand Consecration Ceremony was held on May 2008 and the Sacred Buddha Tooth Relic was finally placed at its exquisite Chinatown home for the veneration by all Buddhists; showcasing our Buddhist culture and Chinatown heritage to all the overseas visitors to Singapore.
